Presentation
Coming to the châtaigne gîte means choosing a large Perigordian family house built in stone, set in 7 hectares of woods and meadows.
On either side of a courtyard shaded by lime trees is La châtaigne, an 18th century farmhouse with oak beams, ideal for families and groups of 8 to 15 people.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom and shower (handrail and shower seat), perfect for people with reduced mobility. - 1 dormitory for 4 people with bathroom and WC
- Large comfortable living room with fireplace, TV and video player
- Large, open, functional, fully equipped family kitchen
- Large terrace with barbecue and view of the private swimming pool
- Petanque court, children's playground, games room (pingpong, darts…)
- There is a handicap access ramp leading to the pool.
- The house has two floors with old wooden stairs.

Rates
Prices are in euros for the maximum number of people indicated (plus babies under 2 years old).

In option :
